Top 20 infused water ideas and recipes for maximum flavour

Sometimes trying to drink the recommended amount[1] of water each day can be really boring. This and getting more vitamins are two of the main reasons why a lot of people have started to infuse their water with different fruits and vegetables for that added bit of flavour. You can find some great infused water ideas and recipes below to help add some flavour into your daily water intake.

Cucumber and Lemon Water

For this, you will need to slice around 3-4 slices of cucumber and 2-3 slices of lemon. You just need to add it to your water tumbler and then keep it in the fridge for an hour before drinking (you can prepare the night before and let the water infuse overnight for maximum flavour). This tastes really fresh but it would taste even better if you use water from a filtered water cooler as it is much cleaner and purer than regular tap water.

Mint Water

This is one of the most basic infused water ideas as it only includes one ingredient – mint! Mint is great for adding a subtle flavour to your water without making it too overpowering. Simply chop some mint leaves (or you can keep them whole but for maximum flavour we recommend chopping) and place them in your water tumbler. You can keep this in the fridge for about half an hour and it will be ready to go!
